How Blue Coast Group Was Founded
Blue Coast Group was founded on more than 15 years of hands-on industry experience. The journey began when our founder and CEO, Fabricio, entered the remodeling industry, developing practical knowledge in construction, renovations, and property improvement.
After five years of experience, he transitioned into the multifamily sector, where he spent eight years working closely with property owners and operators. As a subcontractor, he provided comprehensive labor services across a wide range of projects, playing a key role in supporting property upgrades and company expansion.
Following the successful sale of the company he collaborated with, Fabricio decided to build his own operation — founded on quality, reliability, and long-term relationships.
What began as a multifamily-focused company has since evolved into Blue Coast Group, a full-service construction, restoration, and property solutions provider serving South Florida. Today, we continue to grow while maintaining the same family-oriented values, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence that started it all.
